Elikiba AR allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Permanently deleted: Your profile information (name, email, profile picture), service listings, chat messages, reviews you've written, saved favorites, and location history.
Retained as required by law: Transaction records and payment history may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Open Settings
Go to your Profile tab, then tap Settings.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm Deletion
Review the information about what will be deleted, then confirm your request.
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please include your registered phone number or email so we can verify your identity.
